Jean-Christophe Kerdelhué
President
Committed to renewable energies since 1986, Jean-Christophe Kerdelhué specializes in the development of innovative energy sources. After building a career at EDF Energies Nouvelles, he founded NW Energy in 2007. He is currently the majority shareholder of NW Groupe.

Jean-François Terceros
Chief Financial Officer
A graduate of Kedge Business School, Jean-François Terceros has begun his career at Crédit Agricole Leasing in Madrid, where he worked on the financing of photovoltaic projects. He then joined HAF Audit & Consulting and then KPMG, where he analyzed and audited companies of all sizes, especially those in the industrial sector. He has joined NW Groupe as the Chief Financial Officer in September 2018.

Philippe Barbe
Head of Development
A graduate of the École Polytechnique (X2014) and of Mines ParisTech, Philippe Barbe worked at the Moroccan Society of Consulting Engineers and at Naval Energies before joining NW Joules in January 2018 to develop energy storage solutions. He then took over the development management of NW Joules, and since December 2019, the development management of NW Groupe.

Amandine Vernet
Management Assistant
A graduate in Korean language studies and in international business & management, Amandine Vernet has joined NW Groupe in July 2019 as a management assistant to the President.


Daouda KOULIBALY
Solar and wind energy project director
A graduate of Supélec, Daouda Koulibaly spent a significant part of his career at EDF Energies Nouvelles, in particular as Head of the "wind" office, before joining the international management of EDF. Based in Reunion Island, he has joined NW Groupe to supervise the development and operational work of renewable energy projects.

Yves BRUSSIEUX
Solar and wind energy project manager
A graduate of the École Polytechnique (X2014), Yves Brussieux also holds a degree in energy engineering from the University of Montreal. After working as a researcher at Trinity College Dublin and the University of Montreal, he has joined NW Groupe in October 2019 as a solar and wind energy project manager.

Alizée Fuchs
Solar and wind energy project manager
After getting a degree in engineering at the École des Métiers de l'Environnement, Alizée Fuchs earned a master’s degree in renewable energy at the Université Savoie Mont-Blanc. After completing an internship at NW Energy in 2019, she has joined the group in March 2020 as a solar and wind energy project manager.


Etienne Deslandes
Storage Project Manager
A graduate of the École Centrale de Lyon with a specialization in renewable energies, Etienne Deslandes first worked on the development of solar panel systems in non-interconnected areas in Cambodia, before joining Neoen as a Solar Project Manager. He has joined NW Joules in April 2019 to support the development of the JBox.

Jean Jaulerry
electric mobility project manager
A graduate of ESDES in Lyon, Jean Jaulerry has begun his career at Total as an electric mobility project manager. He then joined the One Point consulting firm as an energy and transport consultant, where he carried out a mission within the Enedis electric mobility program. He has joined NW Groupe in January 2020 as an electric mobility project manager.

Corinne Duclaux
Land Developer
After obtaining her law degree, Corinne Duclaux was an IT sales engineer for IBM, AGENA and the FDJ. She has joined NW Joules in October 2018 as a land developer.

Jeanne Hornebecq
Land Developer
Jeanne Hornebecq has joined NW Joules to develop energy storage services in the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, as well as in mainland France.

Virginie Hornebecq
Land Developer
Virginie Hornebecq has joined NW Joules to develop energy storage services in the region of Grand Ouest, as well as in mainland France.

Olivier Subissi
External Land Developer
Olivier Subissi has joined NW Joules to develop energy storage services in Corsica and in mainland France.

Tatiana Kornilova
External Land Developer
Tatiana Kornilova has joined NW Joules to develop energy storage services in southern and mainland France.


Maxime Chesnel
Operations Director
A graduate of Polytech Tours, Maxime Chesnel specializes in the operational work and maintenance of renewable energy parks and energy storage systems. After working at Vinci Energies and S3A, he has joined NW Tech in February 2018 as the Operations Manager.

Edouard Vuylsteke
Operations Engineer
A graduate of the École Catholique des Arts et Métiers of Rennes, Edouard Vuylsteke comlpeted his studies with master's degree in mechanics, carried out in Wales. After an experience with the General Directorate of Armaments and then at Renault-Nissan, he completed his end-of-study internship at NW Tech, before being hired as an Operations Engineer in September 2018.

Nicolas Archas
commissioning manager
A graduate of ECE Paris with a specialization in embedded systems, Nicolas Archas worked in China and then in Germany for Bosch at T&S. He has joined NW Tech in September 2019 to support the development of the JBox and of supervisory systems for installations managed by NW Tech.

Saël Lefaivre
Operations Engineer Assistant
Saël Lefaivre, a student in development energy at the Lycée Acajou 2 in Lamentin, Martinique, has joined NW Tech in February 2019 as an apprentice of the Operations Manager at the Grand'Rivière wind farm.
External consultants

André Kiener
Expert Consultant
A graduate of the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Doctor-Engineer in Electrical Engineering, André Kiener has begun his rich career at EDF as an engineer at the National Dispatching. In the 1990s, he took over the management of the electrical grid and electricity production in Corsica. In the early 2000s, he took over the management of RTE in Southeast France. From 2006 to 2010, he managed EDF Martinique and then EDF Commerce Grand Centre until 2015. Since 2018, André Kiener supports NW Groupe in the technical development of projects and in the commissioning of power plants, and he also supervises their operational work and maintenance.

Pascal Mithois
Expert Consultant
A graduate of the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, Pascal Mithois has begun his career at the Compagnie Générale d'Electricité in the energy storage research and development. Then, in 1982, he joined EDF where, as a part of his rich career, he occupied various management positions in France and abroad, including the management of EDF ENR Spain from 2008 to 2012 and EDF Archipel Guadeloupe from 2012 to 2016. Pascal Mithois supports NW Groupe in the project development, construction, commissioning of power plants, and their operational work.
